Responsibilities: • Install and configure computer systems, networks, and software • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues • Monitor system performance and security • Provide technical support to users • Create and maintain documentation • Perform routine maintenance on hardware and software Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Knowledge of computer hardware and software • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred Skills: • Experience with system administration • Knowledge of networking protocols and infrastructure • Understanding of security principles • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
